Talking Dogs at Derby College

Derby College is launching a new course to provide a unique insight into what makes dogs tick.

Derby, United Kingdom, January 27, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Derby College is running a six-week evening course for people who want to gain a unique insight in what makes dogs ‘tick’.

The ‘Talking Dogs’ course starts at Derby College’s Broomfield Hall land-based industry campus in Morley on Tuesday March 1 between 6.30pm and 8.30pm and is a fascinating introduction to dog psychology to help animal lovers understand the reasons behind typical canine behaviour.

Tutor Rita Lewis explained: “Dogs are fascinating and extremely complex animals so finding out what makes them ‘tick’ is invaluable both for pet owners as well as for professionals working in kennels, veterinary surgeries and rescue shelters.

“The six-week course has been very popular in the past and is designed to be informative, fun and very interactive.”
