IJIS Institute Badge & Tech Benefit Set for April 20
Event to celebrate Institute's 10th anniversary and benefit the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
Ashburn, VA, February 11, 2011 --(PR.com)-- The IJIS Institute will celebrate its 10th year of operation by hosting the Badge and Tech Benefit on Wednesday, April 20, 2011. The reception and dinner will be held at Ruth’s Chris Steak House, at 2231 Crystal Drive in Arlington, Virginia. Proceeds of this event will go to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

The IJIS Institute will donate proceeds from the Benefit to NCMEC to support their mission of recovering our nation’s missing children.”
The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Since it was established by Congress in 1984, the organization has operated the toll-free 24-hour National Missing Children’s Hotline and has handled more than 2,528,730 calls. It has assisted law enforcement in the recovery of more than 157,720 children. The organization’s Cyber Tip line has handled more than 1,011,580 reports of child sexual exploitation and its Child Victim Identification Program has reviewed and analyzed more than 44,678,000 pornography images and videos. The organization works in cooperation with the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP).
