My Mad Methods Announces New Economic Pricing Policy

La Mirada, CA, February 16, 2011 --(PR.com)-- My Mad Methods, a print magazine, online community, and fitness DVD company, has decided to adopt a new economic pricing policy to reflect the current financial climate in regards to consumer spending. All prices including magazine subscriptions, DVD sales, and other product prices have been reduced effective February 1, 2011.

“We don’t believe that high prices should be a barrier to get into shape utilizing unconventional training methods,” said Mark de Grasse, owner and editor of the My Mad Methods Magazine. “We want everyone to be able to afford the My Mad Methods Magazine and our workout DVDs.”

One of the largest price decreases occurred with the prices of one and two year subscriptions to the My Mad Methods Magazine. Within the United States, subscription prices have been cut by 50%. A price of a one year subscription in the USA is now only $19.99, and only $29.99 for two year subscriptions. In Canada and Internationally, the prices have also been reduced by $10.00 or more.

The other big decrease in price came in the workout DVD section. Viewers can now purchase the Combat Kettlebell Systems DVD (My Mad Methods Productions’ first product) for only $24.99, and that rate includes shipping. This workout DVD features three complete follow-along workouts, 20+ how-to tutorials, a 6-week workout schedule, and more. Joey Alvarado, former professional MMA fighter, created Combat Kettlebell Systems to prepare fighters for the strength and conditioning requirements of competition. The kettlebell and bodyweight exercises utilized in the DVD promote strength, agility, and endurance like few workout DVDs before.

In order to show their appreciation for viewers who purchased the DVD prior to the price change, My Mad Methods is offering a $10.00 off coupon that can be used for any item listed in the My Mad Methods Online Store, including magazine subscriptions, clothing, and other workout DVDs. Please contact info@mymadmethods.com if you are a past customer and would like the coupon.

The decision to decrease prices came shortly after the announcement of a free sample workout DVD with each issue of the My Mad Methods Magazine. The free workout DVD starts with the February 2011 issue of the My Mad Methods Magazine, and features an additional workout by Joey Alvarado, a 10-minute bodyweight warm up, and several previews of other programs.

For those unfamiliar with My Mad Methods, it is a company dedicated to unconventional training methods like kettlebells, sandbags, Indian Clubs, battle ropes, heavy clubs, bodyweight training, macebells, and more. The website MyMadMethods.com features hundreds of articles, workouts, exercises, interviews, product reviews, and more. The newly developed My Mad Methods Productions segment of the company is currently shooting and editing additional workout DVDs featuring other unconventional training methods.

“As always, our goal is to provide the maximum amount of benefit to the maximum amount of people in the shortest time possible,” said Mark de Grasse about the new economic pricing policy. “We’re hoping that people from around the world will take advantage of the discounted pricing and start getting into unconventional training methods.”
