JAX TENNIS Magazine Chooses K.I. Lipton as Media Partner

Jacksonville, FL, February 13, 2007 --(PR.com)-- JAX TENNIS Magazine, Northeast Florida's tennis source covering the lifestyle and activities of the region's private and public tennis clubs, resorts and players, on Monday announced a partnership with K.I. Lipton, Inc., to include marketing and advertising sales representation.

JAX TENNIS Magazine is the only publication to directly reach one of the most affluent tennis demographics in the U.S. -- the private country club, resort, league players and consumers in Northeast Florida, including Greater Jacksonville and stretching north to Amelia Island, west to Gainesville and south to the exclusive clubs and resorts in the Ponte Vedra and Daytona beaches.

"We're thrilled to add JAX TENNIS Magazine to our family of represented publications," said Steve Everly, K.I. Lipton Sr. VP, Sales and Strategic Development. "Unlike some other markets we detail, JAX TENNIS Magazine fills an immediate need within the core and extended communities it will serve. We're prepared to ramp JAX TENNIS Magazine up to become a preeminent communication resource not only for our avid tennis readers but also the transient traveller set with discretionary budgets and an eager mindset to find quality outlets."

JAX TENNIS Magazine debuts March 2007 with a profile of the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club, named by TENNIS Magazine as the No. 1 tennis resort in the nation for 2006; a breakdown of Roger Federer's relaxed approach to the game; the 2007 Spring Gear Guide featuring Prince, Wilson and Head among other manufacturers; executive changes at the USTA First Coast Tennis Foundation; a preview of the 2007 Sony Ericsson Open in Miami; and regular installments such as league results and league player profiles, event calendar, book reviews, ATP and WTA news, fitness and health columns, etc.

The Northeast Florida tennis demographic is estimated at roughly 250,000 who play tennis on a weekly basis with an average household income three times the Jacksonville median for players who belong to country clubs or are resort guests.

"We're very excited about partnering with K.I. Lipton to leverage the lucrative Northeast Florida advertising market," said JAX TENNIS MAGAZINE Publisher Richard Vach. "Not only is there a rich tennis culture from Jacksonville down to Daytona Beach, including Ponte Vedra Beach which includes the ATP headquarters and the No. 1-rated Ponte Vedra Inn & Club, and the Amelia Island resort area which hosts the WTA Tour's Bausch & Lomb Championships, but also the sheer number of exclusive clubs and posh resorts make for a desirable demographic for our advertisers. Ahead of the first issue we've already received a positive reception."

Following the debut March issue, the April issue of JAX TENNIS Magazine will feature the WTA Amelia Island Bausch & Lomb tournament, and May the "Summer Apparel Guide," highlighting the latest in tennis apparel from Nike, Wilson, Prince and other major manufacturers.
