New 96.1°C Electric Power Washers in Non-Portable Design
Daimer® introduces a higher-temperature, higher pressure Vapor-Flo® series that offers low water flow in a no-exhaust, low-noise configuration.
Woburn, MA, February 23, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Daimer Industries, Inc.®, the largest purveyor of no-exhaust 50 Hz electric power washers, is now shipping the 7350 line of Vapor-Flo® electric machines. The new equipment offers higher temperatures and pressures than comparably configured power washers in Daimer®'s product line.

The non-moveable case and design targets applications involving a single location. According to Daimer®, customers generally employ these types of electric power washers to clean heavily used equipment and machinery. The 7350's cases are manufactured with stainless steel housing that resists stains and rusting.
For the new line, Daimer® increased the heated temperatures to as much as 96.1°C. The electric power washers heating units are based on a steel coil-enhanced system designed for high pressure operation. The machines can also be used in an unheated mode for cold-water cleaning.
The company also boosted the pressure levels for the 7350 electric power washers to a peak of 117 bar (1700 psi), while maintaining modest flow rates of as little as 1.5 LPM. The low flow allows the machines to be used in environments where water waste and clean up are concerns.
The electric power washers employ 50 Hz, 1.0 HP motors with one-year warranties covered by Daimer®. Each of the new electric power washers uses a direct drive pump that Daimer® warranties for five years.
