Event Synopsis:

The Whistleblower provisions embedded in the new Financial Reform Law will have a huge impact on companies that must comply with the FCPA and other securities regulations. The Act mandates the SEC to compensate whistleblowers with 10-30 percent of the amount of sanctions more than $ 1 million. It is expected that this incentive will increase the volume of FCPA investigations.
