The team began with Adam Warren; Managing Partner and Reno Renaldo; Managing Partner, and has now evolved into a California Corporation with Adam as President, Co-Founder and Reno, Executive Vice President, Co-Founder. Adam and Reno both came from a long line of experience ranging from traditional Ad Sales, Cost Per Action campaign management, distribution outreach and entrepreneurship. OpenJar Concepts, Inc. ("OJC") started with and maintains a philosophy of staying lean and remaining open to strategic partnerships to help augment their abilities to bring above and beyond added value to their clients. "We look at ourselves like Switzerland, playing neutral where ever possible", states Adam, "We know what we are good at which is client procurement and management, campaign creation and development, our proprietary reporting and tracking system and lead aggregation, with a few other bonus offerings we can save for another day. The OJC team is lean but loaded with talent, experience and accountability. Adam Casas, Director of Jar Operations, whom previously worked with Adam and Reno in a Cost Per Action Advertising venture, joined the team early on in the company's humble beginnings, which meant working from Adam Warren's three man home office and Reno's living room converted to an office. From the onset, Adam Casas was to focus on expanding the Publisher Distribution but soon grew his role to becoming a driving force in operations which includes 800 Number management, Lead Aggregation Platform Management, Reporting Updates and Dub Fulfillment. "It sounds like I do a ton, and I do, but our systems are built so five people can do the work of 20," states Adam Casas, "We are in this for the long haul, and we have stream lined our processes both internally and externally while always learning to do things better and evolving our methods. Overall, we created the optimal experience from Publishers to Clients and all things in between." Misty Pommier, formally Media Accountant in Short Form with Euro RSCG Edge, joins OJC as Director of Client Services. Misty currently manages day to day relationships with over 20 active campaigns, with specific responsibilities to billing, account reconciliations, contract term review, managing client goals and other key objectives to the relationship. Misty assures their clients and publishers that all of their needs will be catered to. Peter Suarez joins the OJC team as Director of New Jar Development. Peter, whom also owns Return on Media, managed hugely successful campaigns such as Mega Life and Health prior to joining OJC, is masterful with Lead Generation and is currently managing clients that range from Health Insurance to Auto Protection. Tony Young comes to OJC in the role of Manager of JAR Distribution Partnerships. Tony's career in advertising sales spans experience with the WB Network, Fox Broadcasting Company and Clear Channel Communications.
