Dayton, OH, February 27, 2011 --(PR.com)-- The Dayton Alumnae Panhellenic Association (DAPA) will be presenting its annual “Sashay Into Spring” Luncheon and Fashion Show on Saturday, April 16, 2011, at the Hope Hotel and Conference Center (located near Wright-Patterson Air Force Base). Please contact your local sorority representative to reserve your ticket.

Each year, DAPA sponsors this luncheon, silent auction, and fashion show to raise money to fund scholarships for college women of the Greater Dayton area. Over the past fifteen years, scholarships totaling more than $90,000 have been provided.

2011 marks the fourth year for the event at the Hope Hotel and Conference Center. This year’s event will begin with a silent auction featuring a variety of items donated by the member groups of the Dayton Alumnae Panhellenic Association. The fashion show follows, with clothing and accessories presented by Elder-Beerman. As part of the Bon-Ton Stores, Inc., Elder-Beerman offers a broad assortment of brand-name fashion apparel and accessories for women, men and children, as well as cosmetics and home furnishings.

Also in attendance will be volunteers from Clothes That Work!, a Dayton-area organization that supports women and men by offering them good quality clothing for job interviews and subsequent employment. Donations will be accepted at the door and are tax deductible.

All reservations must be placed by April 1, 2011.
