This 2011 event will also showcase changes to the SSON Excellence Awards, including the brand new "People's Choice Award" for Personal Contribution to the Industry and the updated “Excellence In” series which includes 5 awards across shared services and outsourcing's core competency areas: Excellence in Customer Service, Excellence in Culture Creation, Excellence in People & Communication, Excellence in Value Creation and Excellence in Improvement & Innovation. Winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony, the evening of Day 2 (10 May).
