)-- Total Fitness Clubs (TFC) announced today they will be hosting a free group exercise class “Spring and Shred Ahead” on Sunday, March 13th 2011 at 8:00 a.m. at Bristol Total Fitness, to benefit the East Bay Food Pantry.
“Spring and Shred Ahead” is a 2-hour “super class” that will be led by four of Bristol Total Fitness’s group exercise instructors; Bobbi Jarvis, Lara Hakeem, Angie Jennings and Erin Ward. This class is free and open to the public. It’s suggested that attendees bring water for themselves and a canned food donation for the East Bay Food Pantry.
