)-- The Denver Business Journal named Aaron Batte, a Founder and Partner of Faction Media, a digitally led full-service marketing agency, to the Forty Under 40 list of top young leaders and business professionals.
The annual list honors leading executives under the age of 40 whose efforts in the office and in the community are shaping the future of local communities in the Denver Metro area.
As one of the rising stars profiled this year, Batte was chosen based on three criteria: business leadership, recognition of significant accomplishments and his commitment to community involvement. Batte’s achievements and philanthropic involvement are featured in today’s edition of the Denver Business Journal.

Several hundred business leaders were nominated for this prestigious award—the 40 selected winners represent the most remarkable and outstanding among them. Each criterion held equal importance in the judging, so those who have found success in their profession were not selected if they have not devoted a significant amount of time serving the community.
Outside of the office, Batte is an avid climber and adventure traveler. He is actively involved in charity work both locally and internationally. “It’s said that charity begins at home, but should not end there.
