IBFD’s new homepage gives access to a selection of cross-border tax news, enables readers to stay informed about forthcoming tax events and keeps them abreast of the latest developments in its information services. It also acts as a gateway to IBFD’s various areas of expertise, making the navigation more intuitive and user friendly. The various areas of expertise are constantly available via tabs during the navigation, reducing the number of clicks necessary to navigate from one area of expertise to the next. 2. The growth of the (ITA) International Tax Academy’s Online training offering demonstrated its perceived value by customers who prefer studying remotely for reasons such as cost-efficiency, time efficiency, and accessibility.

3. IBFD’s academic position was reinforced by the development of a prominent research fellow programme currently catering for five researchers. It follows the launch, in 2009, of a unique, peer-reviewed scientific journal in the area of international, comparative and regional taxation from a legal and an economic perspective.
