Southwest Florida Real Estate Lawyer Tyra Read has joined the CCCIA Board of Directors.

CCCIA assists those involved in construction related industries in the City of Cape Coral by closely monitoring impact fees, ordinances, road projects and long-term growth issues. They keep members educated regarding changes in local, state and national regulations with regard to pool safety requirements, FEMA issues, and the new International Building Code.

Attorney Tyra Read represents buyers, sellers and property owners, as well as developers, builders and lenders, in a wide variety of residential and commercial real estate matters. She drafts and reviews easement agreements, handles foreclosures for lenders, real estate and loan closings (including issuing title insurance) and works to resolve any real estate matters.
