Sold: Multi-Use Building in Downtown West Bend

Milwaukee, WI, March 25, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Patrick Gallagher and Matson Holbrook of Siegel-Gallagher, Inc., represented Sheboygan-based Community Bank & Trust in the sale of a 21,534-square-foot apartment, office, and retail building in downtown West Bend. The unique mixed-use property, which was originally constructed in 1893 with various renovations and additions over the years, hosts tenants including Robert W. Baird & Co. and Café Soeurette. The buyer, Madison-based Ascendant Holdings, closed on the acquisition March 7th.

Holbrook, who serves as Assistant Vice President for Siegel-Gallagher’s Investment Properties Group, affirmed that the transaction had gone smoothly, saying, “Both buyer and seller were eager to complete the deal.” “Downtown West Bend is seeing increased activity,” he added, “and assets that feature multiple uses, as well as credit tenants like Baird, offer great opportunities.”

In representing Community Bank & Trust in the transaction, Siegel-Gallagher continues to build on its strength and expertise marketing bank-owned and receivership properties. The group is currently working with multiple regional and national lenders in marketing properties throughout Wisconsin.
