CODA Hosted, Managed Finance System Selected by International Consulting Firm

Harrogate, United Kingdom, February 24, 2007 --(PR.com)-- CODA plc, the finance systems specialist, today announced that Evolve Partners LLP has selected CODA-Financials as its new company finance system.

CODA-Financials was chosen as it meets the company’s multi-site requirements. “We wanted a flexible system that would be easy to implement across all of our locations and that could cope with the different currencies we work in,” said Martin Johnson, Group Finance Manager at Evolve. “Our previous system was not easily able to do this and consequently could not provide us with a true picture of the entire company’s performance. The old system could not provide us with output data in a useful format which left us having to spend much time manipulating the data in Excel in order to provide meaningful management information.”

CODA’s ability to support multi-national requirements in a single version of the application allows it to accommodate the multiple currencies as well as legislative and cultural differences inherent in running international companies, within the same system. An unrivalled account code structure with unlimited analysis allows CODA to cope easily with multiple corporate reporting structures, and gives ultimate flexibility. CODA-Financials will enable Evolve to account for departmental costs from marketing and IT to expenses at a Group level, breaking them down by company and project.

The agreement with CODA offers Evolve a fully hosted solution with CODA providing support services through its Managed Services team. This includes full technical and operational support such as database administration services and ongoing application tuning, and ensures the health of the hardware, minimising the chance of system downtime.
