DePaul University’s Graduate Marketing Organization, the Kellstadt Marketing Group (KMG), Will Feature "Why She Buys" Author Bridget Brennan, as Closing Keynote

“Why She Buys: The New Strategy for Reaching the World’s Most Powerful Consumers” author Bridget Brennan will be the closing keynote of the third annual KMG marketing symposium. KMG’s symposium, titled “Click: Emerging Media and the Empowered Consumer” will be held at the DePaul Center 8th Floor, 1 E. Jackson Blvd. on Saturday, April 16, 2011.

Chicago, IL, March 29, 2011 --(PR.com)-- In addition to having authored the acclaimed book “Why She Buys,” Brennan is the CEO of business strategy firm Female Factor Corporation and brings with her twenty years of agency experience. Prior to becoming CEO of Female Factor Corporation, Brennan served as Managing Director of Consumer Marketing at Edelman Company’s Zeno Group.

Brennan joins an impressive and growing list of KMG symposium speakers, including 2011 opening keynote Robert Tercek, who most recently served as President of Digital Media for the Oprah Winfrey Network. The previous two years KMG featured Google Managing Director Jim Lecinski (2009) and Kellogg Company Chairman of the Board James Jenness (2010) as keynote.

KMG is bringing recognition to DePaul’s MBA marketing program as a student volunteer organization that regularly hosts professional quality events, featuring a variety of marketing’s most progressive thought leaders. Building on its mission to foster the DePaul and greater Chicago area marketing community, while providing an environment where marketing practitioners are free to exchange information and ideas, KMG is one of the most active and notable student organizations in the Chicago area.

This event is open to the public. The cost for early bird registration is $75 for non-members and $50 for members.
