Bonita Springs Attorney Richard Mancini takes office as President of the Foundation for Developmentally Disabled in Naples, Florida.

Fort Myers, FL, April 15, 2011 --(PR.com)-- The law firm of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., is pleased to announce that Richard Mancini, an attorney in the firm's Bonita Springs office, was elected President of the Foundation for the Developmentally Disabled in Naples. Mancini is a commercial litigator and certified circuit court mediator by the Supreme Court of Florida. His practice includes lender representation, business and contract disputes, securities and investor arbitration and mediation.

Mancini is very active in the Bonita Springs community. He serves as Vice Chair of the Bonita Springs Economic Development Council; is an adjunct professor in the School of Professional Legal Studies at Hodges University; and, lectures on investor and investment issue and business related litigation matters.

Mancini received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida, and his law degree from the St. Thomas University School of Law, with honors.
