)-- Looking to offer stock options or restricted stock, but are uncertain about details behind the process of it all? Join Atty. Robert Schwartz, of Devine Millimet, for a presentation that will discuss everything a private company needs to know about the tax, accounting and securities rules for stock options and restricted stock. Schwartz will cover topics including: incentive and non-qualified options, restricted stock, stock appreciation rights, restricted stock units, tax issues, and accounting treatment.
