The owners of ‘Garliq’ a concept developed by restaurateur Nazir Moosa have recruited one of St Louis’ top chefs. Chef Robert Garcia CEC has humbly accepted the position of Executive Chef and COO for Garliq. Chef Rob is diversely trained and highly disciplined Italian professional and an operations expert. Chef Rob comes with an arsenal of experience a well trained palette and strong traditional values.
Chef Rob originally from Northern New Jersey has a very diverse background in the food industry which includes concepts as PF Chang’s and The Palms Restaurant. His experiences have taken him too many parts of the world which have contributed to his keen attention to flavors and the uses of traditional herbs and spices. “I will never sacrifice quality or flavors if comes from my kitchen.” This is one of Chef Rob’s rules he lives by and this is what makes him who he is.
