Eat, Move and Improve is a monthly television segment devoted to improving people’s lives, health, performance and resiliency through nutrition, exercise and performance psychology.
“If it were easy to eat healthy and exercise regularly, everyone would be doing it. Packed, busy schedules, traveling for work, planning to eat healthy and not getting the results you want can be dealbreakers for many people,” says Jenny Evans, performance expert.
Over the course of the next several months, Evans will be addressing health and fitness challenges such as lack of time, a busy travel schedule, missing a workout, not getting desired results, and just plain not liking exercise, and offer a number of simple, effective strategies to overcome these barriers once and for all.
Jenny states, “In addition to traveling and speaking, my relationship with NBC KARE 11 is critical in helping me educate and inspire as many people as possible to live a healthy lifestyle.” She can be seen on the Today Show program the first Friday of every month.
