)-- For David Ramos, his dream of owning his own business finally came true thanks to his own personal godmother, Rescue Capital. Ramos, with the help of Rescue Capital, was able to start his own power washing business called Level -3 Services which provides power washing to cars, vans, SUVS, and tractor trailers.
“I knew I wanted to own my business. I wanted to do something I knew I would able to do as well as provide service to the community,” Ramos said. “The problem was that I didn’t have the funding. After some researching, I came to the decision to sell some of my future payments from a structured settlement I had. I came across Rescue Capital’s website and gave them a call.”
Ramos’ story is one that Rescue Capital hears a lot.
“Mr. Ramos situation is very similar to a lot of cases we handle, “says John Zepeda, President of Sales and Business Development at Rescue Capital. “People are involved in settlements and are stuck waiting for their money. In the meantime many people plan on starting businesses, paying off debt, or investing their money in different ventures. We make it possible to do this by providing lump sum payments to clients who sell some or all of their future payments. We were easily able to work with Mr. Ramos and provide him the opportunity pursue his dream.”
Rescue Capital, based in Philadelphia, buys and sells structured settlement payments. The company had been working with Ramos for quite some time to help him obtain money from his settlement. After obtaining his money, Ramos was able to purchase the equipment and marketing tools needed to get his company up and running. When Ramos told Zepeda about the new flyer he was working on for his business, Zepeda offered to take a look. Zepeda quickly realized that Rescue Capital could help Ramos in another way. So Zepeda asked Rescue Capital’s Creative Director, Dawn Anderson, to redesign the flyer. According to Anderson, “the newly designed flyer will provide Level -3 Services with the professional look they desired in an easy to read format.”
“I hope this shows people, that companies like ours aren’t out to pull a fast one on you. We are here to help people like Mr. Ramos. In today’s economy a lot of factors lead people to seek help from our company. We have our clients’ interest in mind with every case we handle,” says Zepeda.
“I’m so grateful to have the chance to bring more business to the area,” said Ramos.” I hope my story inspire others in similar situations.”
