Matthews Hargreaves Chevrolet Sponsors Local Baseball Team
Matthews Hargreaves Chevrolet is proud to have sponsored a local Royal Oak Sandlot League team for over 40 years.
Detroit, MI, May 01, 2011 --(PR.com)-- For more than forty years, Matthews Hargreaves Chevrolet has been a generous supporter of the Royal Oak Sandlot League. ROSL offers leagues for Softball, Baseball, Control (Adult) Pitch and T-Ball to youth who live in the City of Royal Oak or attend a school in the City of Royal Oak. Matthews Hargreaves Chevrolet is proud to announce that they will, once again, be sponsoring a ROSL team this year.
In addition to the Royal Oak Sandlot League, Matthews Hargreaves Chevrolet is also participating in Chevys Youth Baseball program. Now in its fifth year, Chevy Youth Baseball is an imitative that established a positive relationship between local dealers and the communities they serve. The teams sponsored by dealerships can take part in the “Chevy Youth Baseball Double Play Giveaway,” a league-fundraising program with great prizes and local clinics.
The Royal Oak Sandlot League begins practice in May and games run through the end of July. While registration is currently closed for this summer, Matthews Hargreaves Chevrolet encourages Royal Oak residents to get involved in the future by either playing or volunteering.
