abi Hub announces the addition of George Kassas to their Board of Directors. George was the NH Entrepreneur of the Year in 2006, and a Lucent Technologies veteran who founded Cedar Point Communications in September, 2000, and which recently sold to Texas firm Genband. He has more than 25 years of experience in business development, international trade, organizational formation and scale and venture financing.

Manchester, NH, May 04, 2011 --(PR.com)-- The abi Innovation Hub (abi Hub) announces the newest addition to its’ Board of Directors, George Kassas. “It is with great excitement that we welcome George into the abi Hub family. New Hampshire Entrepreneur of the Year in 2006, Kassas, a Lucent Technologies veteran who founded Cedar Point in September, 2000, and which recently sold to Texas firm Genband, brings forth more than 25 years of experience in business development, international trade, organizational formation and scale and venture financing.

At Cedar Point, Kassas oversaw and directed all sales, partnerships, channels and alliances, and ultimately raised north of $75 Million in venture capital. In this capacity, he also served as a liaison between Cedar Point and all Government entities at the Local, State and Federal levels. Today, Kassas is active in the entrepreneurial community as an adviser and angel investor.
