Costa Mesa's 20th Annual Mesa Verde Neighborhood Garage Sale

Costa Mesa, CA, May 04, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Torelli Realty, a Costa Mesa real estate company that has been serving the community since 1984, is hosting their 20th Annual Mesa Verde Neighborhood Garage Sale on Saturday, May 14, 2011. The event has grown each year since its inception, uniting neighbors and celebrating spring cleaning time.

Valerie Torelli, President and owner of Torelli Realty, started the event to help Mesa Verde residents. Garage sales are a hallmark of spring and by organizing a neighborhood sale, sellers and bargain hunters alike can mark their calendars for the ultimate garage sale experience.

Last year over 160 homes in Mesa Verde participated and a similar turnout is expected this year. Torelli Realty coordinates the entire event from creating a map of all the homes hosting sales, to setting up directional signs throughout the neighborhood and doing the advertising for the event. This event has become a staple of the community.
