North Shore Concepts Launches a New Website to Keep Clients Informed During Expansion

North Shore Concepts has just launched their new website to keep clients up to speed with the growth.

Chicago, IL, May 07, 2011 --( North Shore Concepts is a sales and marketing firm based out of the suburbs of the Chicago. The company specializes in new client acquisitions, customer service and client retention. On the heels of a recent growth with a new client, the company is officially launching a new user friendly website to keep customers and clients informed as the company expands. “The new website is in response to our rapid growth this year. We wanted to have a way for our clients to stay up to speed as we grow by providing them with details on our services and the new opportunities our growing team can offer,” explains President of North Shore Concepts, Ryan Williams.

North Shore Concepts is hired by national corporations to increase their market share through personal one on one communication with its clients’ account holders. Within this first year of operation, the firm has already doubled in size and expanded with an additional client in the market. North Shore expects to open 4 new locations within the next 16 months.

There are currently six sections of information on the website to allow that, whether someone is a client, customer or potential employee, everyone can stay informed. The “Our Company” tab gives a history of the company and allows people to get a basic understanding of company functions. Under “Solutions,” a user can find out more about the company’s goals and current growth projections. The “Our Team” gives insight to the background of some of the Managers and Account Managers so clients and customers understand more about who they are working with.

Under the “Careers” tab, potential employees can see the upcoming opportunities as well as a two page spread that reviews the training provided at North Shore. The “Clients” outlines North Shore’s work with its two largest clients.

Finally, with the “Contact” tab, people can email the company directly, apply for a position by submitting an application directly from the website and view further information through social media tabs at the bottom of the page.

“We are also aware that the industry of marketing and sales is extremely broad in its services. Through the website, we aim to provide clarity as to our approach to helping our clients grow their businesses. We want our clients and customers to see how our direct approach will immediately impact the size of their market share within days of using our company,” further explains Williams.

The new website will allow the public to easily access accurate information and respond with questions in the Contact Us section. The goal is to continue to improve business for the clients, create opportunity for the team of employees and increase the quality of work given to the customers receiving the services. Much like the company’s view on training, North Shore Concepts believes keeping open communication is the key to a successful organization and expects the website to contribute to this year’s growth.
