Katherine Lee Joins the Board of User Experience Consultancy System Concepts

Katherine Lee has been promoted to Director of user experience consultancy, System Concepts.

London, United Kingdom, May 08, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Katherine Lee has been promoted to Director of leading user experience consultancy System Concepts Ltd. Specialising in innovative methods of user research and applying participative design techniques, she has managed complex projects around the world since joining the company in 2006.

With a first-class ergonomics degree from Loughborough University, Katherine brings a rigorous, task-based approach to user experience consultancy. She explains, “An ergonomics approach makes sure you first understand what people really want to do and then that users of all abilities can do it. This, in combination with great design, will produce an engaging user experience.”

Executive Chairman, Tom Stewart welcomed Katherine to the Board saying, “Katherine has worked her way up through our company from Consultant to Director. This gives her a unique insight into the way we work, what makes us special and how we can make the company even stronger.”

Katherine is particularly interested in increasing the consultancy’s input in the early stages of client projects. She explains, “By involving users throughout a project, researching and defining their needs and desires, and using prototypes to check and refine the design, we can help our clients deliver successful products and services on time and within budget.”
