Free Group Exercise Class to Benefit the Dighton Community Food Bank

Swansea Total Fitness will be hosting a free group exercise class “Sweat, Dance & Donate” on Saturday, May 21 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. to benefit the Dighton Community Food Bank. This class is free and open to the public. Participants are asked to bring a canned food good.

Swansea, MA, May 13, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Swansea Total Fitness (STF) announced today they will be hosting a free group exercise class “Sweat, Dance & Donate” on Saturday, May 21 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. to benefit the Dighton Community Food Bank. This class is free and open to the public.

“Sweat, Dance & Donate” is a 2-hour “super class” that will be led by five of Swansea Total Fitness’s group exercise instructors; Jean Bezner, Lara Hakeem, Gina Ferrara, Greg Homol and Marie Adamowski. This class is free and open to the public. It’s suggested that attendees bring water for themselves and a canned food donation for the Dighton Food Bank.

“This special 2-hour benefit class is a great way to do something good for yourself and the community – especially in these tough economic times,” said Laura Jenkins, Program Director, Total Fitness Clubs.
