)-- For the 13th consecutive year, RE/MAX agents in the United States continue to be the most productive sales force in real estate with the highest average transaction sides of the national brands. According to statistics reported by the major national brands, RE/MAX agents averaged 13.1 transaction sides last year, nearly two times the next closest competitor, Coldwell Banker, at 7.1.
The national trend was mirrored at the local level, where RE/MAX associates in Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte counties averaged 12.06 transaction sides in 2010, nearly one-third more than its nearest competitor.

The report is based on figures released by REAL Trends or filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Form 10-K, 2010 annual reports.
Locally, RE/MAX closed more than 5,700 transaction sides in 2010, nearly 1,200 more than its nearest competitor.
