Meriden, CT, May 25, 2011 --(PR.com)-- The Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association, or CT REIA, in association with Dave Lindahl, is announcing a free wealth building conference for real estate investors on June 4 and 5, 2011. This event will take place from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Comfort Inn, 900 East Main Street in Meriden CT. This is a free event. VIP seating and bonus sessions are also available for a nominal fee. Seating is very limited and interested parties are urged to register well in advance.

Dave Lindahl is one of America's most successful hands-on real estate investors. He has written 3 best selling books. Dave calls himself "a burned-out landscaper" who 14 years ago made the decision to become financially independent. When Dave started investing in real estate, he had a total of $800 in the bank. After years of pushing around dirt and railroad ties in his landscaping business, he was exhausted. Over time, he developed and tested to perfection his self-created real estate system. One of his key areas of focus over 14 years of doing property deals was finding money to invest. Other investors have lost money in the past two years while Dave has created considerable returns through his investment deals. Today he controls over a quarter of a Billion dollars in real estate across the country.

Attendees of this free conference will learn the following: how to create monthly cash flow from smart real estate investments; how to analyze profitable deals; which deals are not worth the effort; how to take advantage of no money down deals the right way and become aware of the dangerous myths; how to find the profitable real estate property deals; how to buy real estate in the best local areas; the fundamentals of multi-family investing and how they can be a low-risk investment plan; how to outsource tenant issues to property managers and spend more time on investing; and much more. In addition to other special bonuses, attendees will receive a free gift package from Dave valued at $779.
