Oklahoma Wildfire Management Company Assists with Search and Rescue in Joplin, MO

Oklahoma-based wildfire management company, Chloeta Fire, LLC, provides voluntary assistance to tornadoes in Joplin, Missouri.

Oklahoma City, OK, May 26, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Chloeta Fire, LLC, a wildfire management company out of Oklahoma City, provided one crew of wildland fire personnel to voluntarily assist with operations for search and rescue in Joplin, MO.

Chloeta does not usually provide relief for tornado incidents, but sent a crew, which left early the morning of May 24, and is currently working within the established incident command system.

“Typically, we provide our responders to federal agencies under contact for wildland fire support services,” said Mark Masters, CEO of Chloeta Fire, LLC. “However, we felt the need was too great with our neighbors in Missouri to not voluntarily provide a crew to assist.”

CFI is an American Indian-owned limited liability company (LLC) based in Oklahoma which provides a diverse range of natural resources and emergency services solutions to both the public and private sectors, with particular expertise in wildland and prescribed fire management and is quickly emerging as an industry leader.
