Linda Craft Comments on Elite Appliances in the Sale of Estate Homes via Raleigh-Based Luxury Home Marketing Group

Raleigh, NC, May 27, 2011 --(PR.com)-- The Luxury Home Marketing Group convened at Garner TV & Appliance in North Raleigh for their May meeting. The group met with a representative of BSH Home Appliances Corporation, to discuss the impact of elite home appliances on the sale of Estate Homes.

The BSH representative demonstrated products by high-end manufacturers like Bosch and Thermador. “In luxury homes, high quality appliances like steam ovens and induction cook tops can make a significant impact on how a home shows to potential buyers,” said LHMG Vice-President Linda Craft. “For example, we saw an $18,000 refrigerator with a dark, natural wood finish using French doors which would add a unique and very marketable touch to a home’s presentation.”

The group toured homes in Wake Forest and North Raleigh during the May meeting.

Vice-President Linda Craft, Secretary Jill Rekuc of Olde Raleigh Real Estate, LLC , Treasurer Shawn Britt of Realty World-Triangle Living and Past-President Kimberly Conroy complete the 2011 executive board. Steina DeAndrade, Brenda Holden, Linda Kolarov, Linda Lee and Deborah Nance are also in the group’s 2011 membership. The group was formed in 2004 as a coalition of luxury home real estate experts, representing luxury home buyers and sellers with extraordinary real estate expertise and service in Raleigh, Cary, Wake Forest, Durham, Chapel Hill, Research Triangle Park and surrounding counties.
