TAZA Systems Launched the Real Estate Industry’s First Property Inspection Mobile App with Photos Uploaded from the Droid and iPhone

The free app allows an inspector to gather field data and photos and make the information available real-time to agents, investors and asset managers.

San Diego, CA, May 29, 2011 --(PR.com)-- TAZA Systems launched the real estate industry’s first Property Inspection Mobile App with photos uploaded from the Droid and iPhone. The free app allows an inspector to gather field data and photos and make the information available real-time to agents, investors and asset managers. During the first week of deployment, thousands of photos have been processed nationwide using TAZA’s new technology. TAZA also offers enterprise accounts and several types of BPOs/CMAs and inspections. The mobile apps and inspector user accounts are currently free, but include advertisements on the PC version. All photos uploaded are automatically date and time stamped, and resized for faster uploads. Lawrence Duffin, Officer with TAZA Systems, stated “Gathering the data and images from the field real time and storing it in a database empowers our clients to perform a digital analysis of their inspections, CMAs and BPOs. The reporting capabilities flag items of concern without the need for manual processing. Photos are dropped in the correct folder automatically. Our banks, asset companies, brokers and agents are able to expedite and standardize their processes. The best part is the apps are simple to use, everyone is truly amazed.”
