As hundreds gathered at National Vietnam War Museum for Memorial Day Service, Wade B Coye was honored to speak to the crowd.

Orlando, FL, June 02, 2011 --(PR.com)-- In beautiful sunshine on Sunday, May 29th, the crowds gathered at the Cpl. Larry E Smedley National Vietnam War Museum in Orlando, Florida for the 13th annual Memorial Day Service.

The event was open to the public at no cost and began at 3:00pm. After the posting and retiring of the colors and an invocation from the Chaplain, Mr. Wade B Coye Esq. of the Orlando-based Coye Law Firm was honored and privileged to speak to the crowd on his personal appreciation for Veterans and the importance of Memorial Day.

Mr. Coye is himself a Veteran, having served in the US Army Infantry. After serving in local, state, and national politics as campaign and general staff member of various Congressmen, he has been fighting for veterans’ rights in the state of Florida as an attorney since 1989.

His address was well received, with much applause and a few tears from various crowd members. Several family members of veterans later approached him with their gratitude and appreciation, for which Mr. Coye responded warmly with the core message of the day and the theme of his speech: “Memorial day is a day to remember that freedom is costly.”
