Milwaukee, WI, June 04, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Siegel-Gallagher Management Company recently hired Steve Raynier as their new Maintenance Portfolio Director. Raynier has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience in both construction and operations management. Previously, Raynier worked in facility operations for Transwestern, most recently as a LEED consultant and LEED Project Manager in the Sustainability Services division. Focusing on LEED certifications for existing buildings, Raynier completed energy audits, retro-commissioning, ENERGY STAR benchmarking, energy and water efficiency improvements and identified Energy Conserving Measures for buildings across the country. His schooling and experience in both HVAC, electrical, facilities management, and business management allow Raynier to offer a rare combination of technical expertise and business savvy.

As Siegel-Gallagher’s Portfolio Maintenance Director, the extensive experience of Raynier will be put to good use making managed assets and third-party customer’s buildings operate more efficiently and with less impact on the environment.
