Oklahoma Wildland Fire Management Company Assists with the Honey Prairie Complex Wildfire in Georgia

Chloeta Fire, LLC, a wildfire management company based out of Oklahoma City, provided a wildland fire engine crew to assist with the Honey Prairie Complex Wildfire in the Okefenokee Swamp near Fargo, GA.

Oklahoma City, OK, June 04, 2011 --(PR.com)-- The Honey Prairie Wildfire started April 28, 2011 and has now reached 164,998 acres. Chloeta Fire sent one Type 6 engine crew on May 27, 2011 to assist the Georgia Forestry Commission and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. The Chloeta Fire crew anticipates being in the field for 14 days.
