Mr. Karch brings nearly 20 years of sales and marketing expertise, predominantly in the private club industry. Karch most recently served as Vice President, Business Development for MINT Lifestyle, a lifestyle management firm in Beverly Hills, CA, where he was responsible for managing multiple revenue streams, corporate branding strategies, and sales team organization. "The goal is to establish PCS Group as the industry leader in managed services and private club software,” Karch said. “We will look to build upon the pre-existing culture and expertise within the organization and strive to provide clients with solutions that present immediate impact and exceed every expectation.”
Mr. Karch attended San Diego State University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Upon graduating, he joined ClubCorp, the world’s largest owner/operator of private country and business clubs, where he was responsible for managing revenue streams in membership, private events and golf. Mr. Karch has also spearheaded marketing and sales strategies for best-in-class organizations such as Castle & Cooke and Exclusive Resorts.
