)-- Welcome author, energy healer, and recent transplant Alice McCall to the greater Asheville area by attending “The Missing Link to Healing” on June 22nd, 7-9pm at Unity Center, 2041 Old Fanning Bridge Road, Mills River, NC. She will explore the mind, emotion, and spiritual connection to the body, as well as diet and nutrition, the importance of sleep, and more. Concludes with guided meditation, which McCall says will help attendees uncover their own Missing Link. The event concludes with a Q&A and a book signing of McCall's book 'Wellness Wisdom'.
"This event is geared towards those that are looking for alternatives. People are tired of constantly not feeling their best, being stuck on multiple medications, and are looking for holistic ways to boost their well-being," explains McCall. "This talk is focused on practical tips that each attendee can take with them and apply to their own lives."
Alice McCall authored “Wellness Wisdom,” a reference book that highlights her personal journey in 2007 with breast cancer. “I was filled with fear when I was told I had breast cancer, but deep inside I knew that I could heal myself through transforming the root emotional cause and supporting my body with lots of love, healing foods, and sleep,” shares Alice.
“Wellness Wisdom” is primarily a reference book that gives the ‘how to’s’ of natural health and healing from spiritual aspects of healing, diet and nutrition, to holistic healthcare practices and protocols. Many of these topics are summarized in the upcoming event “The Missing Link to Healing” along with other case studies from McCall's practice. This event offers an alternate view of attaining health and personal experiences from author McCall.
