NYC Pizza, LLC, the parent company of Fuhgeddaboudit Pizza, announces the closing of its North Raleigh restaurant.
Raleigh, NC, June 10, 2011 --(PR.com)-- NYC Pizza, LLC, the parent company of Fuhgeddaboudit Pizza, announces the closing of its pizzeria at 7321 Six Forks Road, Raleigh, North Carolina 27518.
Fuhgeddaboudit Pizza at Celebration at Six Forks Shopping Center in North Raleigh, which opened in December 2008, closed its doors on June 1, 2011. A combination of factors can be attributed to this store’s underperformance and ultimately its closing.
By comparison, the Company’s Fuhgeddaboudit Pizza at Millpond Village in Cary, North Carolina, which opened in December 2009, continues to experience growth in these challenging economic times. Fuhgeddaboudit Pizza’s no nonsense approach to delivering high-quality authentic New York-style Pizza by using only the best ingredients, including Grande Cheese® has been lauded by its patrons recently earned a ranking of #1 pizzeria in the Triangle by Urbanspoon™.
Cary Joshi, president of NYC Pizza, LLC and one of the founders of Fuhgeddaboudit Pizza said, "Our decision to close the North Raleigh Fuhgeddaboudit pizzeria was a difficult one, mainly because it was the first location for the Company.
