North Shore Concepts Hosting Charity Golf Tournament for Operation Smile

North Shore Concepts will be hosting a Charity Golf Outing to raise money for Operation Smile.

Park Ridge, IL, June 13, 2011 --(PR.com)-- North Shore Concepts, a sales and marketing firm based in Park Ridge, IL, will be hosting a golf tournament to raise money for operation smile. The event will gather local businesses, family and friends in August at Arlington Golf Course in Arlington IL.

North Shore Concepts is a privately owned outsourced sales and marketing firm founded in July of 2010. The company has since expanded to two offices in the market. North Shore’s specialty is in new client acquisitions, customer service and client retention, primarily in the field of energy solutions for industrial and commercial users and also recently, for the consumer market.

North Shore Concepts has been involved with Operation Smile since the first few months of opening. The company has since been a part of several fundraising events to help raise money for the charity.

Operation Smile is a non-profit medical service organization founded out of Norfolk, Virginia in 1982. The organization provides cleft lip and palate repair surgeries to children all over the world and helps countries in getting to the point where they can conduct these surgeries on their own resources. The organization also works to reduce the occurrence of cleft lips and palates. Currently, Operation Smile is present in over 60 countries and has been able to provide reconstructive surgery to over 150,000 children and young adults.

The event in Arlington will consist of teams of four and each player will be expected to pledge. There will be a series of prizes during the event as well.
