London, United Kingdom, June 19, 2011 --(PR.com)-- GRR Real Estate Management GmbH (GRR REM) has been appointed by Sontowski & Partner Group on a portfolio of retail investment properties in Germany worth 70 million Euros.

Located in Bavaria and Baden Württemberg, the properties extend to around 40,000 sq m.

GRR REM manages 260 properties for various institutional investors, totalling 580,000 sq m valued at around 900 million euro. These include a portfolio of 79 Lidl supermarket stores.
