Landquest Project Wins National Industry Award

Raleigh, NC, March 20, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Jeffrey Milligan, senior vice president of Landquest, has announced that Brook Ridge, a New Hampshire community designed for residents ages 55 and older, was named the Best New Land-Lease Community in the United States at the 2006 National Industry Awards. The award was presented at the 2006 National Congress and Expo for Manufactured and Modular Housing and recognizes the highest achievers from all sectors of the manufactured and modular housing industries.

Landquest was responsible for all aspects of this project including contract negotiation, land planning, permitting, market analysis and architecture input. At the start of the company’s involvement, Landquest redesigned the site plan for the client, obtained additional units and lowered site development costs.

“We are proud to receive this recognition for our work on this distinguished community,” said Milligan. “Our talented staff made a tremendous effort to meet the needs of our client and develop a community that would give residents the ultimate living experience. It has been exciting for us to watch our vision come to life from start to finish.”
