Fisher & Phillips Attorney Named One of 50 Most Influential Environment, Health and Safety Leaders

Foulke Jr. one of the 50 most influential environment, health and safety leaders. Foulke is a partner with Fisher & Phillips LLP, where he co-chairs the firm's Workplace Safety and Catastrophe Management Practice Group. Foulke practices out of the firm’s Atlanta and Washington, D.C. offices.
For more than 30 years, Foulke has worked in the labor and employment area, focusing on occupational safety and health issues, workplace violence risk assessment and prevention, and accident and fatality prevention.

Foulke has a master of law degree from Georgetown University Law Center, a juris doctor degree from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law and bachelor of arts degree (with honors) from North Carolina State University.
