)-- New Cocoa Curacao Cookies at Farthest Star
There's a new cookie in town! Go to www.farthest-star.com and you’ll see Farthest Star Cookies has once again created a fabulous new cookie for grownups. This time, it's the Cocoa Curacao.
This special treat is a velvety chocolate cookie on the outside and a fabulous brownie on the inside. Infused with natural orange flavor and a healthy dose of Orange Curacao, this cookie is reminiscent of those orange-chocolate confections you often find during the winter holidays.
"I think chocolate and orange make an amazing paring!" says Faye Luther, owner and cookie maker at Farthest Star Cookies. "And I think it's about time someone put it together in a cookie!"
Made with Orange Curacao, this cookie is definitely aimed towards grownups. Although, the alcohol bakes out so if you'd really like to share them with your children, you can.
"I think adults deserve cookies of their very own,” continues Luther. "These make great gifts, especially for businesses. Instead of sending a tin of the traditional chocolate chip cookies to your favorite clients and customers, send something a bit more grown up. Give them something they'll recognize as special; something they won't want to share them with the rest of the family!"
Cocoa Curacao cookies aren’t the only specialty cookies Luther makes. She takes other traditional cookies and elevates them with the intense flavorings of Schnapps, Tequila and Irish Cream. Other creations in the Cookie Shots line include Peppermint Schnapps, Peanut Butter Crème de Banana, Northface, Zamora Margarita, and Irish Cream Chocolate Chip. Farthest Star Cookies make sugar free cookies as well using Xylitol, a natural sugar substitute.
The Cocoa Curacao cookies are sold by the dozen and are currently on sale for $16. To order Cocoa Curacao cookies or read more about them, visit www.farthest-star.com.
About Farthest Star Cookies
Farthest Star Cookies is Faye Phillips Luther’s dream. She created these unique recipes starting with the idea that Irish Cream liqueur and chocolate chips belonged together. Since then, Faye and Steve, her husband have developed several more cookie creations using the liqueur theme.
