X Core Fitness to Launch Kettlebell X Boot Camp at Downtown Worcester Studio
X Core Fitness is launching their new Kettlebell X Boot Camp program at their dowtown Worcester studio. There will be an intro class held on Saturday, July 9th at 10:00am to go over kettlebell form and movements, answer questions, and for everyone to get a feel for the upcoming program. Classes will begin on Tuesday, July 12th and will run continuously every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30pm-6:15pm.
“We are very exited to be offering our Kettlebell X Boot Camp program to our clients,” replied Kris Crepeau, Owner of X Core Fitness. “It's a fun, intense, total body workout that you won't find anywhere else in the area.”
X Core Fitness also offers the 30 Minute Turbo Boot Camp which was carefully designed for people who have a busy schedule and need maximum results in minimal time. This is an intense, fun, results driven workout geared for all fitness levels. Classes are held every day except for Sunday and the classes are ongoing so you can start at any time. Also, X Core Fitness offers the Power Boot Camp, an hour long outdoor adventure boot camp that is fun and challenging and perfect for those who enjoy working out outside. A great group atmosphere with workouts that are unique and ever changing to keep you and your body guessing. The boot camp runs on a 4 week on 1 week off schedule. Private and Semi-Private Personal Training as well as Corporate Fitness Programs are also available.
