Cell Phone Skincare? It's a Reality as Skin Care Researchers Discover Ways to Keep Us Safe from Harmful Radiation and Adverse Technological Effects

Skincare News raises awareness about Artificial Electromagnetic Waves and the damage they may cause

Sacramento, CA, March 23, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Skin care research can be a difficult thing to keep up with. Just when we think we've mastered one aspect of the ever evolving study results, something else crops up that takes us completely by surprise. The newest of these is Artificial Electromagnetic Waves (AEW) and the role they may play in pre-mature aging.

While cell phone skincare damage can seem like a myth, it's important to realize that studies have started to show that it can be a valid concern:

Is this really something that you should be concerned about? Apparently so. Cell phones have been proven to emit a form of radiation that has led to health problems such as infertility and brain injury. While the proof is scant, studies are leaning toward the damage risks being valid. If AEWs can do all of this to your health, of course it may be capable of something as simple as damaging your skin as well.

In fact, some skincare companies are already one step ahead of the research, finding ways to market protection to consumers:

Clarins' "magnetic defense complex" is apparently in high demand, especially since they've even thrown in white tea for good measure. It seems that lately if there is tea or anything else natural in a skincare product, it flies off of the shelves.

Of course, and with good reason, there are skeptics:

Managing director of Clarins, Olivier Courtin has released a statement in regards to reports that the spray "contains molecules derived from micro-organisms living near undersea volcanoes and plants which exist in extreme conditions like those alongside motorways or which grow in Siberia."

He says, “This new product is contested so we have decided to publish the results of our experiments … in a world-renowned scientific journal…articles in some newspapers and on some Web sites have not been very positive."

According to the Skincare News Team’s sources, AEWs are a concern, but nobody should be in a complete panic as of yet. Read this and other articles on Skincare-News for the latest information on AEWs and other important skincare issues and tips of information.
