Middleburg Heights, OH, July 07, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Adding to its growing list of medical buildings in thriving communities across the country, Woodside Health, purchased a three-year young 75,000 square foot building near Southwest General Hospital in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. The building is being named Southwest General Middleburg Medical Center. This Class A building was the victim of the recent recession and was never occupied after its recent completion. Over 375 new jobs will result from Woodside Health’s acquisition of this office space.

Woodside Health’s new building provides Southwest General Hospital with the space it needs to support its growth. The hospital’s staff will occupy one of the three floors and Woodside Health is in active conversations with other potential tenants.

“This building is next to two other medical office buildings we purchased through a related entity, and gives us the opportunity to create a campus feel for area doctors and the hospital,” said Ted Barr, Woodside Health principal. “This announcement is the result of wonderful collaboration with the hospital and community leaders. Everyone benefits from taking an empty building and turning it into a high quality productive asset.”
