Avondale, AZ, July 07, 2011 --(PR.com)-- The "Executive Speaker Training Workshop," teaching public speaking skills via business storytelling, will be held in Avondale on August 22-23, 2011. Registration information, including group rates and meeting location, may be found on the website at http://www.executivespeakertraining.com.

The two-day workshop is targeted for entrepreneurs and those individuals in small to medium-sized businesses or non-profit organizations. "There is an old cliche that says that people are more afraid of speaking in public than they are of dying. That means that some folks would rather be in the casket than giving the eulogy. I work very hard at helping entrepreneurs and business people get over their fears or worries about public speaking," says Sean Buvala, the founder and primary presenter of the "Executive Speaker Workshop." He continues, "In our workshops, we get folks of all different experience levels which means participants are getting both new learning and positive feedback at the same time. We keep the group small so there's plenty of personal attention."

"Personal interaction is key to developing any company these days yet few people have any training in communication beyond a college-course here and there. For others, they are still relying on some old speaking techniques of the past and wondering why they are not successful when speaking to groups. Others incorrectly think slides on a wall equals good communication. We teach the updated versions of these 'ancient secrets' in the workshop," says Buvala of his "Interpret. Express. Integrate" speaking method taught in the workshop. He goes on to say, "The reality is that when speakers face an audience, the audience is rooting for them to succeed. Audiences are hungry for confident, prepared speakers."

Early registration is $395 per person and includes group and personal coaching, workbook and supplies, four light meals and two group follow-up conference calls. Group rates are available but need to be purchased well in advance of the workshop. For further information about the August or September workshops, please visit the website at http://www.executivespeakertraining.com or contact Sean at (623) 298-4548.

Buvala adds, "There is a certain freedom that comes from knowing you can communicate well with any audience. It's very rewarding to watch my clients and students develop their own unique public-speaking styles."
