DIG Coaching Presents "The Machine, Mind, and Mission: One of David Giwerc's ADHD Models" on Attention Talk Radio

Host and attention coach, Jeff Copper, talks with David Giwerc about his Machine, Mind, and Mission ADHD model. In this episode, special guest David Giwerc, master certified coach, describes the model he created and explains its use as a tool to help those with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) move forward. The discussion reveals ways in which the model can be used toward understanding how medications and other multi-modal treatments, like coaching, can impact progress in different ways.

David Giwerc is passionate about serving others who struggle with ADD/ADHD, as he also has ADHD, He is a master certified coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF), the governing body for the coaching profession. In 1998, he founded the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA) and serves as its president. The ADDCA is the premier comprehensive, long-distance ADD/ADHD coach training program designed to teach essential skills necessary to coach individuals with ADD.

Giwerc is a past president of the Attention Deficit Disorder Association (ADDA), the world’s leading adult ADHD organization, and continues to serve on the executive committee in a variety of roles. He played a key role in developing the ADDA “Guiding Principles for Coaching Individuals with ADHD.” He was a catalyst on behalf of ADDA for the US Senate resolution declaring September 7, 2004, National ADHD Awareness Day and recognizing ADHD as a major public health concern. For more than a decade, he has coached adults with ADHD, having a specific focus on entrepreneurs with ADHD. He also is a mentor to some of the world’s leading coaches.
