Kaufmann-Rothstein International Sets Up Exclusive Trading Team to Focus on Japan’s Equities

In its effort to give more focus on Japan’s equities instruments, Kaufmann-Rothstein International, a leading commodity futures and brokerage trading firm, has announced the creation of a specialized trading team to exclusively work on Kaufmann-Rothstein International equity business growth in Japan. The initiative of creating an exclusive team for Japan’s Equities is part of Kaufmann-Rothstein International’s expansion and development of its international capabilities.

Haarlem, Netherlands, July 10, 2011 --(PR.com)-- The Specialized Equity-Focused Team will consist of Mr. Gary Hiller, Henry Zhung, and Shin Kyoze. This three-man US-based team will commence their managerial level of positions on the third quarter of the current year.

Mr. Gary Hiller will be assigned in the Chicago office while Henry Zhung and Shin Kyoze will be based in New York. All three have shared one common experience; they all covered commodity and financial markets in Japan for the majority of their professional careers; thus they have common knowledge and understanding of Japan’s equity market.

“Gary, Henry and Shin are expected to bring a wealth of trading knowledge, expertise, experience and deep-rooted institutional relationships of the Asian equity markets, particularly in Japan,” Ms. Lindsay Kornemann, firm’s Chief Operation Officer, said. “Providing our international clients with faultless trading execution around the world in a timely manner has become progressively significant in a rapidly evolving market environment nowadays.”

Mr. Gary Hiller has been working in Japan’s commodity markets for more than 10 years and most recently at Japan’s local office of UBS where he was assigned as the Managing Director of International Sales Trading. Before moving to Japan, he worked in a US-based international asset management firm for six years.

Henry Zhung joined Kaufmann-Rothstein International after working and living in Yokohama city for almost two decades. Most recently, prior to accepting his new job assignment, he worked at Nikko Citigroup and held managerial position for Japanese Sales Trading. Earlier in his career, he worked as a sales trader in Japans’ Smith Barney of Morgan Stanley.

Shin Kyoze, a native of Japan, previously worked with a local commodity futures company in Japan with trading operation in Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai and India. His knowledge of the entire Asian markets can be a good strategy for Kaufmann-Rothstein International.
