Center for Digital Imaging Arts Opens New Campus in Washington, D.C.

The Washington Center for Digital Imaging Arts offers a unique approach to training in digital filmmaking, photography, 3D animation, and graphic and web design.

Boston, MA, March 25, 2007 --(PR.com)-- The Center for Digital Imaging Arts at Boston University (http://www.cdiabu.com) is pleased to announce the opening of a new campus in Washington, D.C. CDIA’s state-of-the-art facility, located in a vibrant Georgetown neighborhood, will allow area residents to pursue their creative passions through CDIA’s unique approach to training in the digital arts.

The CDIA curriculum features intensive, hands-on training to prepare students for the real-world needs of their chosen professions. CDIA is currently accepting applications for the Summer 2007 session beginning in June, and the Fall 2007 session beginning in September. Certificate programs are available in Digital Filmmaking, 3D Animation, Graphic and Web Design, Digital Photography and more.

“Our new campus in Washington, D.C. will deliver an immersive, hands-on approach to training in the digital arts,” says Bob Daniels, executive director of CDIA. “We’ve designed a space that will allow our students to express their creativity as they learn their craft.”
